What size companies does Skales work with?
We're built for companies between 25 and 250 seats — typically seed through Series C scale-ups. Our minimum tier starts at 25 users; below that, our model is overkill.
We already have an IT provider — can Skales work alongside them?
Often yes. We frequently come in for identity, compliance or Apple-specific workstreams while a generalist MSP continues to run helpdesk. We're explicit about boundaries from day one.
How long does it take to get started?
Discovery call within a week, Baseline Posture Audit within two weeks of signing, and the first production-grade rollouts within four to six weeks. No multi-month POCs.
Do we need NIS2 if we're not a large company?
If you're 50+ employees or €10M+ turnover in an in-scope sector, the Cbw applies directly. Even outside scope, your enterprise customers will demand the same controls anyway.
We don't use Macs — can Skales still help?
Yes, particularly on identity, governance and compliance. Apple is our depth, but the IAM, IGA and audit-readiness work is platform-agnostic.
